After your visit: if a Massachusetts Certifying Healthcare Provider certifies a debilitating condition, you'll register free with the Cannabis Control Commission using a government ID, proof of Massachusetts residency (students may be able to use a recent tuition bill), and a photo. Your Program ID card will be mailed. Patients under 18 need certification from two providers and a parent or guardian's consent.
